SynapseIndia CSR initiative are geared towards the welfare of society. The company operates and acts in a socially responsible manner. To ensure there is minimal or no carbon emission, the company adopts various environmentally friendly measures. SynapseIndia supports gender equality and all employees get equal opportunities of growth, irrespective of any factor whatsoever.

By fulfilling corporate social responsibilities, we are doing more good to ourselves than anyone else,” as per the IT entrepreneur, philanthropist and mentor – Shamit Khemka.

SynapseIndia caters to the growing IT needs of clients across the USA, UK and other countries worldwide. As part of SynapseIndia CSR, the company provides financial support to the International Chandramauli Charitable Trust in Varanasi. The trust is working towards reviving the forgotten traditional education system of India. The trust provides education to the underprivileged children besides supporting their basic needs of food, clothing, education and shelter.
