It is International Yoga
Day today (June 21st). The world is fast recognizing and
acknowledging the value and positive effects of Yoga on the body and
mind of any individual.
Since inception in 2015, Yoga Day is
celebrated each year on June 21st, with people from all
over the world practicing Yoga on a large scale. Yoga refers to a
group of physical, mental & spiritual practices/ disciplines that
originated in ancient India. The benefits of practicing Yoga are many
– from physical to mental and spiritual.
